Very disappointing experience today. I arrived at 7:45 AM and was told my sandwich would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting more than 35 minutes, it still wasn’t ready. What I don’t understand is why the restaurant opens at 7:00 AM when its main product—sandwiches—isn’t available or prepared on time. As a regular customer, I expected much better consistency and time management. Unfortunately, I ended up leaving without my order. The food may be good, but the preparation times are highly unpredictable, making it difficult to rely on the service. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

An excellent experience at Pret A Manger. The Spanish latte and iced brew were perfectly balanced, and the very berry and almond croissants were remarkably fresh and flavorful. The café stands out for its elegant interior and calming ambience, offering a premium feel from the moment you walk in.
