Dear Team, Today ([30/8/2025]) at 8:45 PM, I had a serious issue at your Pret A Manger branch – Riyadh Airport, Terminal 1 (Flight XY26#). The staff member took my cash payment, put it in his pocket, overcharged me, and refused to give me an invoice, claiming the machine was broken. He also refused to return my order. Shortly after, I saw him serving another customer normally and printing a receipt. I have a clear photo as evidence. Egyptian guy. This is unacceptable and I request urgent investigation and action.
