I usually come to this location at least once a week, everytime I’ve run into the owner (an older guy) the service is wonderful, he’s nice, he knows my order, we usually talk. The past couple times I’ve come in I’m met with this (I’m assuming) teenage boy that has an attitude. The first time I dealt with him he scoffed at me paying in cash. I just went in again and he’s sliding my sauces across the counter to me to the point they almost land on the floor and is basically throwing my order at me. Edit: got to where I was going and he gave me the wrong sauce anyway. So I paid extra for something that won’t get eaten. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I've visited this Pretzelmaker several times, and unfortunately, I've had consistently poor customer service experiences. While the staff do assist, it often feels like they're reluctant or inconvenienced by customers. On my recent visit, I specifically ordered salted pretzel bites with cinnamon. The staff misunderstood my order, and when I tried to clarify, I encountered reluctance and unprofessionalism, they poured a large scoop of salt in the cup so it would be at the bottom of the cup not on my pretzels. The team lead, a woman with black hair, responded dismissively and told me that my order was 'too complicated.' Despite offering to purchase a new cup, her attitude remained unprofessional, and the situation was poorly handled. I wouldn't recommend this location to others. If any managers or corporate representatives would like additional details, please feel free to respond, and I'll be happy to provide more information.
