We ordered food for 10 guests, one meal was forgotten both portions of fries wore cold which wore exchanged. My friend received her Pizza,complained it was stone cold which was great.
The waitress took it away and re heated it for a couple of minutes and then reserved it.
They even managed to get the drinks order wrong.
When I complained to the manager about the Pizza she told me she thought my friend wanted the food quickly. Completely no pride, happy to serve any old slop disgusting attitude
If this is how the manager works then I am not surprised the good name of a well respected brand is suffering. It is a consumer driven world after all

As a chain my preference is Prezzo. However, Friday night was extremely hot. The air conditioning was not working and they said they couldn't open the door/windows. So it's was very hot and sweaty. We had to ask for water, despite the humid conditions. I was charged for extra for the crab bites. All I wanted was the feta cheese and beetroot removed from that particular salad and the crab bites added. It's not like they had to make a complete different dish. However, the food was good, especially the balsamic onion and mozzarella pizza starter..... always a winner
