Today was my sister's birthday, and we had a lovely time from the start. The person who served us, called Tina, showed us excellent customer service and made sure that all five of us had a lovely time. She was so full of energy and lovely to be around. This definitely isn't my first time, and neither will it be our last. Prezzo has always had amazing food and customer service. We definitely will come back soon. Tina desverse a raise for sure!! Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a really great experience at Prezzo Italian! The food and service were excellent, but a special mention has to go to Nikkita. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and amazing throughout, especially when taking and handling our orders. Her service was attentive, professional, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
