Great place for the ambiance and setup. This place has so much potential. Just a few things they need to improve on. Food came out quick but very expensive for the entries that were served with plastic ware. Drinks came out 10 minutes apart. Low staff on the floor but not at the bar. They had no bottles red wine in n Valentine’s Day. This place is a cool place just needs a few changes. The waitress there at the time, 2/14/26, did a good job considering she was the only one there. Smiled often and apologized for service.

The food came out cold, the service was horrible but the manager apologized and served us himself (thanks) also the place is nice, just needs to add humidifiers in the place because it was really smoky. Dj was great!

They did not have a Host, waited at the door for over 5 minutes and nobody said anything to us. Walked in and set at the bar. The Bartender was very polite and let us know they are short staffed until 6pm (it was 5:50pm) and we can sit anywhere we like. When we sit down, the waitress that saw us at the door but ignored us immediately approached us and said we could not sit at the table where we sat down, ok. So we move to a different spot, after waiting 15 minutes later, we were never served, the waitress never said anything else to us, we tried making eye contact, she was obviously avoiding us, so we left.
