They told us we could sit outside and get serviced. We sat on the patio for atleast 10-15 min before we waved down one of the servers attending a different table. She was nice and got us help. When our actual server came, she had a bad attitude. Very non chalant and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I asked her for recommendations and then told her my order. Got our drinks n then my date got his food and I never got mine. She didn’t come back to check until he was almost done with his food. I told her I didn’t get mine and she said i didn’t order anything when my date clearly heard me order as well. If I was getting an automatic 20% on all tabs I would make sure everyone at the table was good or had ordered something esp if they asked for recommendations. That’s common sense for someone who actually cares about their job and their money. And we usually tip on top of the auto grat however we did not appreciate the service. My date wanted to order more drinks but stated he didn’t want to give her any more of his money. Food that he got was good service was just horrible. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

First time visit was good. I definitely could have bought my iPad to just get work done and chill. The drinks 8.5/10, food 8.5/10, and hookah 9/10. Paid parking or street parking depending on hours you go.

We chose to come to the Prime Express Bar for a birthday celebration after seeing the hype. The visit was extremely disappointing, primarily due to appalling service and management. Our waitress was initially attentive but quickly became "nice-nasty" and forgetful, repeatedly failing to bring one friend's drinks, food, and silverware. The food was mediocre—the Philly cheesesteak had suspiciously tough, microwaved-tasting bread with a slice of cheese in which we’re still trying to find. The issues escalated when a friend spilled a drink due to upsetting news. While the waitress cleaned it up, we were later charged for the replacement drink without transparency. The final bill was exorbitantly high and included a mandatory, high gratuity that was not posted, expected, nor deserved. When questioned, the waitress bizarrely demanded we pay her cash first, that would be more than the ticket amount for her to remove the gratuity fee from the bill. Sadly, the cowardly manager was present, observing the entire exchange but failed to intervene and in fact laughed with the staff as we were leaving. This establishment clearly values profit over fair customer service. Do not recommend. I heard that Bow Wow owns it. Not sure if it’s true or not, but if it is, he needs to understand just because this is Atlanta, this is not how we do it here in the south. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $50–100
