I tried contacting Pere Marquette to get information on catering my wedding next summer, 2026. I filled out their inquiry form on their website twice, giving weeks between allowing for plenty of time to contact me. I didn't hear back so I called and one of the workers left a message for Deb to call me back. I never heard a thing. I then got Debs personal cell number and contacted her directly. She said she could meet me for a meeting to discuss options further and when I arrived to the meeting, she was not there. Never texted or called me to let me know and have not heard form her since. I am beyond disappointed in the customer service. I refuse to have to hunt someone down to give them money for a service. It is absolutely disrespectful to waist someones time to meet and then never even follow up. I would not recommend this establishment and will be going elsewhere. Service: 1
