Absolutely misled with deceptive pricing! I’ve tried reaching out but the place is closed during the day. I was in a section and I was told that there was only 1 type of bottle available. I purchased, and immediately after they discounted the same bottles for 3x less the price I paid. The MC stated “well you should’ve gotten here at a better time” I also requested to speak to the manager, I was told by a waitress “they not going to come up here” I honestly have never been so misled. Absolutely terrible club do not go here. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $100+

Avoid Privacy Houston. The rebrand clearly hasn’t fixed anything. We waited in an extremely long line while security was rude and completely unorganized. They weren’t communicating with anyone and even tried to cut half of our group off from entering. The worst part is that we had a confirmed reservation for a section, and when we finally got inside we were told our section had been SOLD to someone else. They overbooked and gave away what we already paid for. No apology, no attempt to properly accommodate us, and we were never refunded. The club itself was also ridiculously overcrowded. There was barely any room to move unless you had a section, which makes it even more frustrating considering they sold ours to someone else. On top of that, the bathrooms were dirty and didn’t even have soap, which says a lot about the overall management of the place. This place is extremely disorganized and clearly overbooks reservations. I’m leaving this review because management has still not refunded us for a section we paid for but never received. If this isn’t resolved, we’ll be disputing the charge and continuing to share our experience so others don’t get scammed the same way.
