No retrases más tu visita: en serio, su cocina italiana te está esperando. Este confectionary restaurant te permite probar unos tiernos pappardelle, unas bien trabajadas ensaladas y unos sorprendentes ñoquis. Muchos visitantes afirman que el personal es eficiente. Had 5:30 reservations on a Wednesday. Seated right away , ordered pretty quickly , (2 pasta dishes) 70 minutes no food yet. No one checked on us or seemed concerned we didn’t receive order yet. Diet Coke in can was so flat couldn’t drink it, mentioned to waiter and then ordered glass of wine instead. Waiter comes to us after 70 min says they lost order he just now put it in front. As we were complaining to the woman who seated us , now 80min our food showed up. No one really apologized for the wait. Food was good but we were aggravated now. Not even offered bread or anything after waiting so long, was even charged for the bad soda. Staff seems to be inexperienced. I hope they do better. Asked for check, no apologies disappointed in this place. ********* in response to owners reply.**** I didn’t yell or tower you I am a 5ft 2in woman. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Hi Pat, first I would like to apologize for your long wait time, as that isnt typically normal. When I came outside to see how everything was going you stood up towering over me yelling at me that you haven’t received your food yet, although it was coming right behind me. As I tried to say I’m sorry let me go check on what’s going on you cut me off and wouldn’t let me speak at all. Therefore there was no way for me to apologize to you at that point. Yes it’s 4th of July weekend and everyone in town is very short staffed. After I was done walking a nice woman to her car I went in to check in on you all, but you had already left. Happy 4th

So when you take food to go from a restaurant things can be a bit "iffy" by the time you arrive home - Not from THE PASTA JOINT. It was perfect! 2nd time in 3 weeks eating here, 1st time picking up food to go. The Short Ribs Pianni was totally yum. Savory Short Ribs with a good mix of dressing ups. I'm about 15mins up the mountain from Boone, when I got home and tasted it, the Pianni Bread crunched like it just come out of the oven. The Potato Leek Soup which was recommended was smooth and delicious. Chilled at the bar with a very nice Tequila while the food was prepared. Met Danielle and her staff while waiting. Had a great conversation. When I heard her say that owning & running restaurants is her Husband passion - I knew we (the residents of Boone or Boonies) are in for a great venue to enjoy a great meal in a beautiful environment inside & outside too.
