Absolutely worth the drive to Rico. We spent the evening strolling around Lizard Head Pass before dinner, and this place was the perfect ending to the night. The small plates made it easy to try a bunch of incredible dishes, and the prices were unbelievably affordable for the quality and flavor. We will absolutely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wowzers! Lucky find while enjoying the mountains of CO. Searched google maps and Prospector showed up with great reviews. Yeahpretty darn amazing. From the first taste of the sweet corn bisque and breads, we knew everything was going to be terrific. My chicken was wondrous, the wife’s salmon spectacular. Come to find out, the chef/big boss worked with Wolfgang Puck and the food was just awesome. Wonderful atmosphere and keep in mind, have patientsthis is true 5 star/michelin style dining.
