The fruit and cheese danish was top notch. The breakfast burrito was good too, the habanero salsa was a good addition. Food: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30

As a guy, I’d honestly advise other men not to come to Provision Coffee if you’re just looking for a chill, peaceful vibe. Haha. Something felt off—kind of like when your wife or girlfriend is mad at you but you don’t know why. Short, snippy interactions even though everything seemed fine. I even said thank you in the nicest way when I got my food and I got no response and got a dirty look back. Nice-looking place, but the vibe and service made it hard to enjoy. The food did feel like it was not made with love and care. Overall, the vibe felt unwelcoming, and that’s not something I’ve experienced at most other coffee shops in Phoenix. I wouldn’t go back. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that your experience felt unwelcoming. That’s never the impression we want anyone to leave with, regardless of the situation or the day.We also hear you on the service interactions you described. Even during busy or stressful moments, kindness and acknowledgment should always be the standard, and it sounds like we missed that here. That’s something we’ll be addressing with our team directly. We appreciate you noting the space itself, but we’re truly sorry the overall experience didn’t match it. If you’re open to it, we’d genuinely value another opportunity to provide the warm, attentive service we’re known for.
