I absolutely love Publix, but this Publix is the absolute worst Publix I have ever been to. Multiple times, not just once or twice, our subs have been awful. This time my husband just came home after work with subs, and he took his entire sub apart and put it on new bread we had in the house from Panera. His sandwich was overflowing with mustard (he asked for light, and is passive af and didn’t say anything), and there was white stuff in his mustard that he asked about (and he was told it was not white, it was all mustard. When he opens his sandwich and showed me, there was a white lump in it. Praying it was mayo, even though he is absolutely disgusted by it. My sub had like a ridiculous amount of salt on it. Like so much so I couldn’t even eat the last quarter of it because it was so salty it was inedible. I will go to any other Publix, but I will absolutely never waste money at this particular one again.

We just love Publix! Who doesn’t? But Publix at Barclay goes above and beyond. Today, we were in their store doing some shopping in preparation for my sons third birthday. He got his free cookie, as usual, and was just very excited. We went to the Produce section to place a balloon order and the Produce manager came over and gave my son a free balloon. Something so simple, but so kind. Their employees really do pay attention and care about their customers. My son was so thrilled and is currently napping with his balloon still in hand. Thank you Publix!

Yesterday was going to be a very busy day at the Deli Department because of Super Bowl Sunday. So I called in our order for subs. The person who took the order seemed to know what she was doing, however when I came in to get our order at 1 pm it was not ready. There was no order. So I had to reorder the subs to a different worker. Which left me in the store 50 minutes. After getting to our party and plating the sandwiches I see that all the subs had the correct meat on them but NO lettuce tomatoes. It was the absolute worst experience at Publix. I normally shop at our store in Brooksville, but thought I would pick up them at a closer store to where we were going. Whom is on the phones needs to be taken off the phones as she didn’t follow through with the order.
