The meals were incredible, and there was so much of it! I’ve never eaten this much GOOD food in my life. 5 Star quality and they catered to all of my dietary requirements. Hats off to the Chefs and Kitchen staff at Pullman!
The support and friendliness of staff, on-site nurses and police was incredible. I never felt rushed on by any staff member, they were all willing and happy to have a chat, which was much needed during my solo quarantine. Special mention to Nurse Liz and Nurse Matthew for this exceptional care.
The staff at Pullman Adelaide went above and beyond in every sense, everything from the phone calls to the simple friendly knock on the door and “Good morning breakfast is here” showed the exceptional level of service. Nothing was too hard. Special mention to Chelsea, Louise and Dave for going out of their way to help and support me before and during my stay.
I will undoubtedly be back at the Pullman in future. Thank you Pullman Adelaide for your hard work during this challenging time!
