Lovely set up and staff. Came in knowing roughly what I wanted and was offered a great selection to choose from, walked away with probably the best wine I've had this year!

really disappointed with our experience at pullo, i was really looking forward to coming here, as we love natural wines and cheese. the man working there when we went had an unpleasant manner that came across as arrogant and superior, trying to mansplain and show off what he knew, rather than listening to what we might like. he wouldn’t tell us about any of the wines below £20, and kept trying to upsell us the most expensive ones. there is no information available about any of the wines on sale, instead you have to rely on asking one by one about the bottles and getting opaque pretentious descriptions. we ended up feeling pressured to get a bottle, but i’m not even sure what it’s like or if we’ll like it. such a shame, i really thought this place was going to be great, but we have come away frustrated and upset.

Hi Joe We are sorry you felt like your experience here wasn’t up our usual 5 star rating. If you need more information on your purchased bottle there’s bundles on our website www.pullo.shop including a large range of sub-£20 natural wines.
