Our fudge is made in the traditional “old-fashioned” style, which has a firmer, more crystalline texture different than the smooth, creamy varieties some people are used to. We’ve made it this way for nearly 75 years, and many customers enjoy that classic texture — but we understand it may not be everyone’s preference. Because we don’t use preservatives in any of our candies, freshness is best when enjoyed soon after arrival. For longer storage, refrigerating or freezing can help maintain quality, especially when shipping to other states or during warmer months.
