Great place!!! All staff and doormen were extremely helpful, the tall brunette boy on the bar was my favourite (i think his name was danny.) Also the girl stocking the toilet roll was amazing! She helped me fix my corset and picked up my things in which I had dropped on the floor everywhere Not sure of her name, I did ask but I have completely forgotten, maybe Alyssia? Would definitely visit again. Price per person: £10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Awful experience. As we arrived in Barnsley tonight, before we started drinking we ended up dancing into pure pop to dance to a Vengaboys song that was playing as we made our way down the arcade. Cheerful atmosphere as always in Barnsley, who wouldn’t feel like dancing! This decision unfortunately started our night out in a really creepy way; one of us queued at the bar, the rest of us went to dance - a young woman on the dancefloor took a dislike to one of our group after she and her friends strangely started filming her and she said no and moved away from them, and they started behaving strangely, backing into her and being generally aggressive. They tried to storm my friend off the stage who moved away and was a bit astounded - a bouncer flirting with a young lass in the group (incidentally, I recognised her; she is in my 16 year old sons year at school, possibly out with her mum, each to their own) was talking with them and then tried to kick one of our group out for having an unconcealed water bottle with her that she had checked with a bouncer on the way in that she was okay to have. He had said yes, of course but the new bouncer was excessively aggressive and clearly thought we had been drinking all day and was throwing his weight around. We gave the bottle to the same bouncer that had initially approved it, until we left and, thankfully, the group being a bit mad decided to leave so the rest of our time there was without further incident but, have to say that the aggression shown by the bouncer pictured (clearly peaked in year 5 as a class bully) and one of his colleagues before we went back to the one we saw upon entry to confirm the bottle had been accepted, was off the chain. Hate to think what they are like to deal with when people are as drunk as they were expecting us to be. Not been in there before and probably won’t again, not that they’ll miss us. Clearly underage drinkers and no hydration is the standard in there and we like to hydrate and hit the drinking age decades ago Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
