I have gotten takeout here twice and the food is overall pretty good and I enjoyed it BUT both times they have always forgotten something. The first time they forgot to put crab salad on my poke bowl. It was a bummer but stuff like this happens all the time in restaurants so I paid no mind. The second time they forgot something again. This time they forgot ginger for my sisters bowl and seaweed salad for mine. It was frustrating and seems like a reoccurring issue. Food: 4 Service: 3

Looked around for a Poke place and came across Pure Poke. Went there to grab dinner had a delicious poke bowl filled with 3 proteins and lots and lots of toppings. Prices are certainly decent, and there's a rewards program (1 point for every dollar spent, and 4 dollars off with 40 points) just for purchasing/eating there. Wasn't busy when I went in the evening the day that I went, but it was a nice atmosphere. Appreciated complimentary miso soup that they have and the various sauces. The customer service when I went was fantastic; helped explain things to me since it was my first time there, and had a good experience overall. Will be back!
