I've been here multiple times and even had a birthday party here. Tonight was one misstep after another. Just trying to get the girl behind the cash register's attention to make an order or coming up to ask for an extra salsa. Both times when I was at the Walkup area, the 3 employees were chatting and I had to wait for somebody to acknowledge me. The one petite young woman at the cash register Walks through the doors holding the plates and practically runs you over if you are in the doorway. Zero manners. The carnitas fries we're not serve properly, the fries were barely warm. No wonder they came out so fast. Everything else on it was fine. But with cold fries, I took them back up and said, can you guys just heat them up or something? There was no apology and just a meek answer making me feel awkward that they would make a fresh one. The skinny margaritas were quite sour. I've had them there multiple times and they've never been sour. The 2 chicken tacos were so measly. The picture below is right before eating the second taco. My dining companion opened it up, and that's literally what you got for almost six dollars per taco. Not a good visit. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
