5 Stars!!!!!! PUTTERY Absolutely Delivered! From the moment we arrived, our experience at PUTTERY was outstanding! The beautiful ambiance, professional and welcoming staff, exceptional service, and spectacular food made our event one to remember. Now, let’s talk about the FOOD! Chef Tyrone deserves his flowers! Everything that came out of that kitchen was seasoned and prepared to perfection. And apparently, I gave Chef Tyrone a little entertainment when I ordered the Smash Burger… without the bread! Listen, don’t judge my order, just know that burger was STILL delicious! Chef Tyrone got a good laugh out of it, and I got exactly what I wanted. Everybody won! Everyone in our group ordered lunch, and every single person loved their choice. We also shared the Spinach Artichoke Dip, Pretzel Sticks, Golden Crispy Mac Bites, the three-flavor Wing Flight, and the Boneless Wings. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and DELICIOUS! Our waiter, Eli, was AMAZING! He was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and so much fun. He made several menu suggestions, and every recommendation proved to be a winner. When your waiter says, “Trust me,” and you’re glad you did, that’s good service! And a very special thank-you to our Event Sales Manager, Toby! She was absolutely wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Toby planned our event to perfection, made the entire process seamless, and ensured everything came together beautifully. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality truly stood out. PUTTERY gave us the complete package: beautiful ambiance, fantastic food, exceptional service, lots of laughs, and a staff that genuinely knows how to take care of their guests. We came for an event, but PUTTERY definitely earned some returning customers! Thank you, Chef Tyrone, Eli, and Toby, for making our experience so memorable. P.S. Chef Tyrone, I’m STILL ordering my Smash Burger without the bread next time!
