We ordered a shrimp and steak bowl to go. They only had 3 pieces of shrimp left and told us we'd have to wait 5 minutes. We asked that that they just compensate with steak instead. Ended up being charged for double meat. Got home and the steak had a distinct bleach taste. Couldn't finish it. Terrible experience.

The Dell Range QDOBA has consistently been a solid location in Cheyenne. After having a less-than-great experience at another location, QDOBA customer service provided me with two free entrees, which I appreciated. On this visit, I paid extra for additional meat, and while I still felt the portion could have been a little more generous, the overall experience was very positive. The staff was attentive, organized, and clearly communicated with one another. When I arrived to pick up my order, they knew exactly where it was, whose order it was, and had it ready to go without any confusion or waiting around. This location seems to be well staffed and well managed. The customer service was noticeably better than what I've experienced elsewhere, and the team appeared to genuinely care about keeping things moving efficiently. One suggestion: QDOBA is extremely popular in Cheyenne, and I think a drive-thru location would do very well. Many people love the convenience of places like Subway, and having a drive-thru option for burritos, bowls, and other menu items would likely be a huge hit. Overall, this location continues to be a dependable choice, and the staff deserves recognition for providing a smooth and professional customer experience. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I don’t usually write reviews, but the contrast between QDOBA Mexican Eats and Chipotle Mexican Grill was so big it needed to be said. Chipotle has completely fallen off. The food was sloppy, portions were weak, the place wasn’t clean, and the service felt rushed and annoyed—like customers were an inconvenience. For what they charge now, it was honestly pretty shit. QDOBA, on the other hand, absolutely set the standard for this type of restaurant. The service was friendly and dialed in, the food was fresh and actually looked like it was made with care, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-kept. Portions were solid, flavors were on point, and the whole experience felt intentional instead of lazy. If this is the future of fast-casual Mexican food, QDOBA is leading and Chipotle is coasting on a name they no longer live up to. Night and day difference. The entire crew working tonight, deserves much more than than they are currently receiving. Making sure my family got exactly what they want, with smiles for miles the entire time.
