Portions were so small not worth the money the rice didn't even cover half of the bottom of the bowl. Barely any guacamole. Wasted money. Three pickled onions on a big bowl. Will be going to chipotle next time way bigger portions. And the lady made me wait to pay for 10 minutes why she made 4 online orders even though mine was done so the meat was cold by the time I got it. Super gross. Minus infinity is my rating

Ordered nachos with chips on the side. For the birria which is expensive and paid for extra. All the meat was gristle. Can’t eat eat. The beans have so much liquid it’s like soup. They also forgot the fajita vegetables so now onstage beans, sour cream soup. This location sucks Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a take out order here yesterday. I have never been to this qdoba before ever. I walked up to the door and it said “online orders only” so since I put in an online order I tried opening the door and it was locked. I was confused as the other doors are under another business name so I tried calling. The young man who answered was incredibly rude. I kindly explained to him that I put in an online order and that I am unsure of where I am supposed to go. He rudely answered “the door” I replied “Which door? I’m confused” he again rudely and more loud this time said “the door!!!!!!!” Finally he came an opened the door for me and huffed and puffed as he walked behind the counter. It’s not my fault that the directions aren’t more clear and that you are short staffed. Not my fault. I am spending my hard earned money and to be treated like that was completely wrong. As long as that dude it working at your establishment I will never be back. Just in absolute awe that someone treated me that badly when I’m spending my money. Like literally just crazy I’ve never been treated like that in my life while spending money. Needless to say I WILL NEVER RETURN. You need to hire people that actually want to work instead of people who are scaring your customers and therefore YOUR money away. I can tell be other reviews that I am not the only one with this type of experience. And the food wasn’t even worth the long wait! It tastes terrible. After that employee being rude I should of just asked for my money back. Seriously why a waste of my time and hard earned money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
