The best bun cha around! we went to Vietnam and were hoping we would find a place when we came home that was close to it, and this place is the exact same! So good especially on a cold day! Regular there. But today’s food is abit disappointing for me. I ordered the crab noodle soup. Not worth for the price with only noodle and soup with few pieces of pork meats and mushroom shred, and barely have any crab meat. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

As good as Hanoi! Best Bun Cha in Melbourne – Quan Lua, Springvale. I’ve had Bun Cha in Hanoi, and Quan Lua in Springvale is right up there with the same authentic taste and quality. The grilled pork is perfectly charred and full of flavour, the broth is light and fragrant, and everything is served with fresh herbs and vermicelli—just how it should be. You do need to order the crispy spring rolls separately, but they’re absolutely worth it—super crunchy and the perfect addition to the meal. This is hands down the best Bun Cha I’ve found in Melbourne. If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese flavours, Quan Lua is a must-try!
