Rude pretentious "bouncer" left a sour taste in my mouth. I came in blindly, apparently walked right past him without any acknowledgement or confrontation. I went straight to the bathroom to relieve myself then walked around to explore the game room. The selection is cool and i wanted to kill some time while i wait for a bus, so i go back to the front to figure out how to get tokens. Suddenly he appears and immediately asks if i read the sign in front, if he already checked my id, asked when i walked in, and told me that what i did was a great way to get kicked out/banned. Mind you, i have never once stepped foot in this establishment, and while only seeing the sign that says all ages are allowed, i walked right past unaware of if/how/where i was supposed to pay admission. While i understand evading any type of fare isnt cool, he did nothing to even stop me. I didnt even know he was there until he bombared me and made me feel like i was stupid just because he failed to do his job correctly the first time. I still paid, but left shortly because i didn't feel like spending any more money on an establishment that will let you walk in without paying then make you feel like a criminal because they didnt have the gull to stop you and say "hi welcome in! Is this your first time? Admission is two dollars, can i see your id? Enjoy!" Otherwise, game selection seems fun and admission/games are really cheap. I wouldve loved to spend hours here but dont like to give my money where im not welcomed.

Waited over an hour for chicken strips and a chicken sandwich, was told over 30 minutes after ordering that there was a party next door so it would take a second. Cool, no biggie. Over an hour later the food still hadn’t arrived so we asked to cancel the order and leave. The man very snarkley said “well it probably would be out in a minute but ok” , I had made a comment about how other people were getting their orders and was met with “well they ordered before you so” then started laughing. I then said “it would’ve been nice to be informed before ordering that it would be a long wait”. And he rolled his eyes. A simple “yeah food might take a while” when we first ordered would’ve been great. So disappointing

Quarterworld Arcade is an absolute blast! If you love pinball, retro games, and a bit of quirky fun, this place delivers. The pinball machine selection is top-notch—tons of variety and all well-maintained. I also had a great time at the claw machine (won some Smuttons!) and exploring all the old-school arcade cabinets. The retro vibe is strong, and it’s clear the staff really care about keeping everything running smoothly. Perfect spot for a fun night out or some nostalgic gaming. Highly recommend!
