Bisket platter came with barely enough meat to make one sandwich with the white bread. The actual brisket was good, nothing else was. The bbq sauce was dressed up ketchup and the "gold" sauce was badly dressed up mustard. The Mac and cheese was a pitifully, insultingly small portion of mush in a bland sauce that only a small child would think much of. The sea salt chips tasted of past-prime oil and no seasoning at all really. I spent $25 total with drink for disappointment....tossed most of it and went home still hungry to eat leftovers. Service and atmosphere are amazing. Food is ok. At least my food was just ok. Brisket tasted as if it had no seasoning only relying on the mustard based sauce to support the sandwich. Furthermore the brisket was dried out. HOWEVER, the smoked beans were some of the best I’ve had. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Having eaten twice at Que*Bicle for lunch, I'm glad to give 5 stars to this local spot for high-quality BBQ, plenty of options to keep things interesting, and definite consistency. Both the brisket sandwich and Asian pork tacos were excellent, though the pork tacos truly shined. Looking forward to trying some more of the menu and specials soon!
