Staff was not friendly appetizers some olives and some cheese was way overpriced. I've been there several times and I've never been impressed. They should either sell stuff on the shelves or make good food, one or the other.

This place is charming. It feels like you're having a casual pic nic by a vineyard in wine country. It is lovely to sit outside on the patio, as there are misters and it's very comfortable and pretty. It helped that there was a French family sitting by us, speaking French. It was teleporting. We had the fish and chips for lunch. I think it was a special they were having. It was really very good. And I had some gelato for dessert, which was also very good. They have a large selection of flavored olive oils that you can purchase, along with gift items. But, there isn't an abundance of gifty things, which I appreciated...it kept the place from feeling to tourist trap like. You have to go up and order your food and then they bring it to your table. If you want to dessert, you must go inside and stand in line again. There isn't a lot of room for the line and it is a little difficult. It's like being in Europe...you have to be a bit aggressive. It's a nice experience. I don't know that it's worth a second trip out there...maybe if you want to bring out someone who hasn't been there before. We enjoyed it!

Went to Queen Creek Olive Mill on a Sunday and to my surprise, it was nearly sold out of tickets when I arrived. They were able to fit me in for a tour happening about an hour later so I decided to indulge in some food from their food court and I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious, fresh and carefully curated every dish was. The pizza was delicious, it wasn’t heavy and oily rather light, crispy and the ingredients were evidently top notch. The salad, although pretty standard was so good. Drizzle the lemon provided and it made a perfect pairing to the pizza dish. The tour itself was SO interesting. Loved hearing about the history of the mill, how olive oil is made and the strenuous process they go through to make sure it is sold at the purest, highest quality level. If I were to go back, I would definitely buy tickets in advance. The plus side is the market inside has so many different pastas, cheeses, sauces and local honey you can shop from until your tour begins.
