I ordered 50% sweetness and received an insanely sweet order, which caused me to go into diabetic ketoacidosis. I am diabetic and this caused an extreme health issue for me.

Communication and service from staff was poor. There was obviously a language barrier but still no effort was made by staff to communicate. Ordered at a kiosk and was pretty much ignored by staff. When my drinks were ready girl behind the counter sort of mumbled one of the drinks in the order. One of the drinks was wrong and neither were labeled. Didn’t even know I had been given the wrong drink until I tried them (neither of which tasted good anyway) since they weren’t labeled. Honestly just seemed like a family who was hiring their own members and had no standard for training, quality, or who they hired. Got the lychee milk tea and genuinely threw it away after a few sips, tasted straight syrup.

Today I went to buy four drinks and they were all the same color. They all tasted like just sugar water; there wasn't even any ice. I went back to tell them, and all they said was that I could add more syrup, which didn't help at all. I'm very disappointed to have spent over $40 on something that I just ended up throwing away. I really want my money back.
