Have eaten here at the Quigley MCCS Quantico franchise fairly frequently. However, visits this week (Apr 15 & 17, 2026) were disappointing. 1. Apr 15 ordered club sub fm qiosk, and added LTOP. Only got the pickle. Decided to not make an issue. 2. Apr 17 ordered bfast bagel & hash browns, again fm qiosk. Sat down and worked on some notes while waiting. After over 10 minutes (tkt time 0933), I realized my order wasn't called (I was the only customer in the dining area at the time). When I paid by CC, I immediately heard their printer generate the order in the prep area. So I knew they had it. Associates were busy assembling salads, but there was no indication my order was being worked. At 0948, approached the counter asking for a refund (had to get on my way and not fall behind schedule). When I told the associate my order had been placed through the qiosk, she tried to offer some sort of incomprehensible excuse that was supposed to justify missing my ticket. She got her supv to assist in the refund as she was uncertain what to do. Incidentally, the supv never inquired what the customer service issue was about and what could be done to satisfy the situation (did 15 years in retail.... not a favorable sign). After several failed attempts to do a CC refund, she asked if cash was okay. I said yes. I "feel" for whoever has to do closing reports and account for the cash shortage, reconciled against the pending CC charge. Especially, if final amounts aren't reconciled until after the banks do their CC reconciliation after midnight. Anyway, I'm done. If anyone reads this (other than some AI app), and if it serves any learning curve, you're welcome to advise them that, unlike Arnold, I WON'T be back. Seems a bit over priced for the area. Now with apps you can do better on price. Typical small fast invade eatery. But .. they run out of items and have 3 broken drinks in drink machine for 2 weeks now. Try mentioning it to the staff .. they just don't care and aren't motivated . I can tell they have some kind of term contract and it's not the normal commercial split basis. They just have a captive audience of Marines and lunch staff employees. Don't waste your time. Hop in the car and drive down to McDonald's on base. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
