I haven't stepped into a quiznos in over 10 years and this will absolutely be my last. The store was dingy, everything looked either sticky or wet so I decided to get my order to go. I got the large Chipotle "Steak" & Cheddar. Apparently steak is now just three slices of roast beef and the "sauteed" onions are just warmed up as it goes through the oven. The only other thing I asked for on the sub was yellow peppers that were the majority of the sandwich as they put on two massive handfuls. I ate about a third of the sandwich before I had to toss it away. Also the "steak" was mostly fat that I had to spit out. I've had bad experiences at restaurants before but this is the first time it was so bad I am actually taking my time to write out a review. Thankfully the lesson about how terrible the food is there only cost me $20. I go to Potbellies at least once a week and they will definitely retain my business.
