Not really sure what the hours for this place are. Maybe they aren’t open yet? Google says various hours yet there is a note here from the owner saying 7am-11am. But then there is a sign out front saying 7-10:30 & 11-16:30. Not sure what the difference between morning and cafe is. Anyway, I went on a Sunday at 2/14:00 and they were closed.
