Is sad for us every time we are not able to meet your expectations, i hear your complain about the waiting but delivering orders is a little different that processing orders when we get them. i been begging Door Dash for almost 2 years and a half for them to send us a printer so that way every time we get and order we will get a print receipt so we can start working as soon we see the ticket and problem solved. Instead we have a little tablet that will display and order and barely make a very very low ding dong notification that you have to be very lucky for us to hear it , we have fryers , ovens, 2 phone lines, dine inn customers and lots of things going on here, and on top of that as soon as we hear we have a new order on door dash tablet we have to go there and then we have to translate the order and put it on our system otherwise we will never have a actual ticket!! We will try to figure out how we can avoid this waiting situations in Door Dash orders and since you took time to leave a bad review for us , please express your concerns to them and let them know that we need that printer they might listen to you!! just so you know those locations that you mentioned they did get a printer from the company that you deliver for , but not us!!!! thank you for expressing your experience with us, i want to assure you that every day we do our best to take care of our customers we are here for You!!!
