We decided to try Red Rocks and got there a bit early, which was a smart move – we snagged a seat easily, but wow, within about half an hour, the place was absolutely bustling and super busy! It's clearly a popular spot, and now I know why. The menu has SO much choice, and honestly, everything sounded to die for. We went for the Chicago-style pizza, and it was SO delicious – authentic, cheesy, and just perfect. And the fries! Oh my goodness, the fries were so good I could have happily ordered three more portions all to myself! The whole atmosphere in the restaurant was just ecstatic – buzzing with energy and happy diners. To top it all off, the service was superb; attentive, friendly, and efficient despite how busy they got. Red Rocks is a fantastic find. Amazing food, a vibrant vibe, and top-notch service.
