I had a great dinner at the new REFINE restaurant today while staying at The Botanik Hotel. I tried the Korean-style beef tartare with crispy rice crackers, a rich and flavorful seafood soup with mussels, and the kimchi fried rice. Every dish was well prepared, Korean-spicy, and incredibly delicious. The ice cream dessert was a great finish, it softened the spiciness as well ;) ;) Thank you! Vibey restaurant with dishes cooked to perfection!! We ordered the following: *Prime Ribs - served with spicy cabbage. Meat was incredibly tender and flavorful! *Seafood Pancake - deep fried & crispy with a nice crunch! *Kimchi Purée Pollack Roe Rice - served with the most unique seaweed wrap.
