Hello Pai. We never had issues with our Lechon Kawali and have 100% positive feedback on all Dine In,Takeout and Online Orders. If you were certain that the quality did not meet your expectation you should have called the restaurant and let us know and we can resolve your issue by either refunding your money or replacing your order and this will best solved your frustration rather than forever hold your disappointment. We appreciate your feedback and hoping that you could give our restaurant a chance to get your 5 star rating. We believe you know our number, we will wait for you to reach out. Thank you.
