This place has always held a special place in our family. Coming back after almost 10 years, it felt instantly familiar, like nothing had changed. Long before big establishments came in, this was already our go to spot. What truly stands out is how the taste has remained the same through the years. It is comforting, consistent, and full of memories. Their inihaw na manok is easily the best in Aklan. It is juicy, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. The fresh fish sinigang is light yet satisfying, and the ensaladang talong, which my partner really loves, is simple but done just right. Everything is still very affordable, which makes the experience even better. In a time when so much has changed, it is refreshing to find a place that stayed true to its roots and never compromised on quality. This is not just a place to eat. It is a place you come back to.
