I just want to make sure you fully understand the concern I have raised, rather than redirecting the issue to something that is not relevant to the feedback I provided. By the way, I’ve been supporting your restaurant outside of the TGTG program as well, and this is the first time I’ve encountered an issue with the quality of the food. I also wanted to acknowledge this, as I have generally had positive experiences with you in the past. Thank you for acknowledging the issue regarding the staff member’s attitude and for outlining the steps you will take to rectify the experience. I appreciate that. ****************. I’m a regular customer at Rop Rop Fitzroy, but unfortunately, I’ve noticed recently that the quality of the food has gone downhill, which is quite disappointing. On my recent visit, the banh mi bread was hard and tasted stale, while the rice paper roll was very dry and lacked the freshness I would normally expect. As someone who has regularly supported this business, it’s disappointing to see the quality decline. I also found the attitude of one of the staff members quite unpleasant. The way I was treated made me feel small and uncomfortable, which is not the experience I would expect as a regular customer. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and looks at both the food quality and customer service. Hi Henny, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We noticed that your order was placed through Too Good To Go. The purpose of Too Good To Go is to help reduce food waste by offering customers a surprise bag made up of our remaining unsold items at the end of the day. Because of this, the food that you were received depended on what was available at the time of collection, and unfortunately specific items or custom requests cannot be accommodated under the Too Good To Go program. That said, we still want every customer to enjoy their experience with us, and we’re sorry if the freshness of the food or the service you received fell short.
