Had the cute local spot vibe and the owners Mo and Wendy were so accommodating and kind. Thank you for the warm welcome. The fried fish they recommended was so fresh and delicious. So many great things on the menu it was hard to decide. We feasted well on some grilled octopus, summer rolls, green curry roti for appetizers and the spicy noodles, red curry and fish entree. We polished it all off:) Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Red Curry

Since new management took over running this restaurant a year or so ago, the food is much better, and the service is superb. This is now one of our favorite Thai restaurants in town! Since we've lived in Thailand before, we feel their food is authentic, and the ambiance reflects the beautiful spirit of the Thai culture.

This was my third visit to RaCha Thai Cuisine and with each visit, my dining experience was worse. On my most recent visit, I ordered the Tom Ka Ghai soup to start. It was watery and the chicken in it tasted bad and was a dry and leathery texture that only comes from very low quality frozen chicken that has been in storage for an extended period of time. They should be serving fresh chicken if they are going to charge restaurant prices. I also ordered a dish with chicken vegetables and peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was not at all what I'm used to from authentic Thai restaurants. It tasted like a little bit of peanut butter and a lot of high fructose corn syrup. The broccoli that was used in my dish was not fresh. You can tell broccoli isn't fresh when the florets are discolored and broken down. The chicken in this dish, which was my entree was the same dry leathery chicken product that was in my soup. That low quality chicken product is not acceptable in a restaurant that wants to be successful in the Town of Huntington. On my previous visits, I ordered duck, which wasn't perfect, but edible. If I had ordered chicken on my previous visits, I would never have gone back. I will definitely not go back again.
