When in Virac, Catanduanes, this hotel is right smack at the town center, with 3 function rooms

I recently stayed at the inn and was genuinely impressed with how accommodating and friendly the staff were. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming and helpful, which made the experience more pleasant. However, I couldn’t help but feel disappointed with the cleanliness of the reception area. There were so many flies in the hall, which gave the place an unhygienic feel and made me quite uncomfortable. It’s something that really needs attention, especially since it’s the first area guests see upon arrival. Overall, while the hospitality was great, I hope management can address the cleanliness concerns to make future stays more enjoyable. Service: 4
