Hi Jeffrey, thank you for taking the time to share feedback from your visit to Ralph’s Burger & Sandwich Shop. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your previous experience and appreciate your honest feedback regarding the wait time and quality of your burger during this visit. This is not the experience we strive to provide, and we will share your comments with our team for review. Thank you for giving us another opportunity, and we hope to provide a much better experience on your next visit.

Hi Savannah, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Ralph’s. We apologize for the interaction your mother experienced and for the error with your order. This is not the level of hospitality we expect or accept, especially when serving guests who may need additional care and patience. We are addressing this directly with our team to reinforce service standards centered on empathy, attentiveness, and accuracy—particularly in high-volume, high-noise level periods. We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the experience you deserve. If you’re open to it, please contact our Director of Restaurant, Andrew Massengill, at andrew.massengill@wec.net so we can make this right.
