Rubbish service. Called in for collection and then made stand in queue with people ordering their food. Should be separate area for collection which is standard in most takeaways. Overpriced also.

Shocked and appalled at staff and service in Ramen Midleton, went in this evening with my family,Sat down at a table to be told no orders where been taken as they had a back log of online orders to deal with, only two couples in the dinning area so plenty tables free, I just don't get it, the girls that spoke with us just didn't want to know and told us it be best if we order online but would have about an hour wait and walked off laughing, pity because I actually like the food but this treatment has left a sour taste. Service: 1

Sunday night has a huge number of online orders that people walking in don't see and the team are advised to tell people about the wait time as that is the feedback we have been given. In relation to the comment about one of the staff, that surprised us so much we spoke to the girls on tonight and they take exception to someone saying they were laughing as all of them said that didn't happen. If however you would like to email us on naturally@ramen.ie with more details, we will be happy to look into it.More
