We had the best bottomless brunch at Ramona, as usual. Always so fast with the drinks and the atmosphere and food is always sooo good. Our server Jakey was absolutely fab!! So friendly and really made our experience 10/10. Hope to see Jakey again when we return in future!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The bottomless brunch was insane! Food is so tasty and the cocktails are fabulous - especially the frozen margaritas. The staff are so on it with always making sure your drinks are topped up - we had the lovely Nadine serving us and she was fantastic!!! She recommended the best cocktails, even letting us try a cucumber margarita that is no longer on the menu (pls bring it back). Food and drinks really nice. Main issue is with the service and the pricing. We ordered 1 drink off the QR code and after 25 minutes it still didn’t arrive so we had to ask for it. When we got the bill we had noticed that the prices on the bill was more expensive than the menu and QR code prices. The manager came over saying it’s because a live singer was playing. This doesn’t make sense because we had previously paid the cheaper price on the QR code. The manager came back saying he fixed the pricing but after us checking the bill again it was still wrong. When we called someone over again about the price being wrong for the second time the manager came round and gave the bill with the correct amount. However the manager then walked away laughing at us which is just rude. No apology about the prices being wrong. However despite all of that the food and drinks were very very nice. We just wish the service had been better. Because of this I won’t be returning and I recommend everyone checks their bill against the menu prices. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £40–50 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
