My experience on the phone dealing with these people was awful they are rude and have zero customer service skills the lady I spoke with didn’t even give me name cause she knows she is rude and shouldn’t be dealing with customers

Payment system doesn't work on a phone. Cant create an annount on the phone. Online website is TERRIBLE to navigate. And just about the worst customer service I've EVER had the displeasure of dealing with.

The Worst utility company i have experienced in my entire life the staff is not helpful quick to turn off power/water threatening and for a small town or village that this is apart of theres no help ive reached out and its sad they will Not help you or give you a hard time for assistance especially to a single disabled mother with young children they dont care at all definitely moved to the wrong place!
