When I heard about the dog cafe, I took my dog there. The atmosphere of the store wasn't bad, but the staff's service was terrible. Even though I ordered the same thing (sweets) as my companion, it took about 40 minutes for only one item to come out. During that time, I asked about 3 staff members what was going on, but they just told me to wait and left me alone... For the 4th time, I couldn't get enough of it, so I went to the cash register to ask them to cancel the order if it wasn't available, and to bring it out immediately if it was available, but it came right away... What happened during this 40 minute wait (maybe more)? This cafe made me think that they should reconsider their employee training. Everyone is very responsive. There is no way I will repeat it.
