Siempre que vengo a roma es el que más cerca me pilla del hotel y es que está brutal! Mi favorito es el de pistacho y es super cremoso nada de tanto hielo y con mucho sabor!!

His enthusiasm, warmth and knowledge make every visit special. Everything is handmade, with extraordinary attention to the quality and origin of the ingredients. And what makes the experience truly unique is that Andrea has a story for every flavor: he can tell you about the choice of each fruit, the search for genuine natural ingredients, and the inspiration behind his creations. You do not simply choose a gelato here — you discover it. The quality is outstanding. No unnecessary chemical additives: the focus is on pure, natural ingredients, with carob flour used as a natural thickener. You can genuinely taste the difference. The fruit flavors are incredibly fresh and intense, and there are also wonderful vegan options that sacrifice absolutely nothing in terms of pleasure or flavor. The granite are spectacular too. The strawberry granita is simply phenomenal — bursting with the taste of real strawberries — and you absolutely must try it with the whipped cream, which is of course homemade as well. If ice cream were an elegant lady, then it would be the ReGelato's one. Probably (i.e. certainly) the best ice cream in town. Smooth, creamy, lushious... delicious! Try the sumptuous "marisotta", the closest thing to heaven I've ever experienced. Worth the trip from anywhere.
