Our group of 6 went to Reba's Place to celebrate a birthday on a Saturday evening. We had reservations and were seated after just a few minutes. Are waitress was very friendly but struggled with using her electrical device to take our order and was not very familiar with the menu. I repeated my drink order three times and was still given the wrong drink. I accepted it, did not like it, and ordered my chosen drink again. The second one was correct. Everyone loved the taste of our appetizers and meals although one meal had a hair in it. The waitress apologized and offered to replace it but he had lost his appetite. It was immediately removed from the bill and he was offered a complimentary dessert of any kind which he also refused. We enjoyed our time with friends and family but one of our guests went home hungry and will not return. Parking: There were several handicap parking spots available on the main street right outside the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: The elevator to the 3rd floor gift shop was out of order. However, they allowed our guess who was in a wheelchair the use of the kitchen's elevator so we were able to visit the gift shop. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Large Chicken Fried Steak Dinner, Fried Green Tomatoes, Fried Catfish Dinner, Tater Tots, Fried Pickle Chips, French Dip Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free street parking

Truly disappointed. Ordered the chicken fried steak and the bologna sandwich to start. The chicken fried steak was tough and hard to cut even with a knife and the green beans had a horrible aftertaste. The bologna sandwich was served cold and the jalapeño slaw was not edible. Sandwich and slaw were returned and Nola shrimp was ordered to replace it. The shrimp had an extremely strong fishy taste but was not returned, but was not eaten. The waitress was the best part of our experience. Reba needs to check her kitchen staff. We also noticed that some other were also having problems with their meals and not finishing them. Will not recommend to anyone or return. Not able to give zero stars.
