Red 88 Asian Bistro & Sushi has a great variety of Asian food so that everyone can find something they'll enjoy. I got a dinner platter, and you get a ton of food for a great price. The egg drop soup was the best I've had - really great flavor. The gyoza, spring roll, and fried rice are also good. I got the kung pao chicken, and it's not too spicy, but I wouldn't get it unless you know you like it at other places. I'd recommend the orange chicken instead. We also got the Vegas and dynamite rolls, and they were okay. It's decent sushi for the price, but I wouldn't go specifically to order it. The staff was friendly, but a little unattentive. Just be proactive in asking for what you need and you'll be fine. Overall, I liked Red 88 and will be back again to try some different entrees.
