Couldn't have been more pleased finding this treasure! Excellent Pinot Noir and the people were extremely welcoming. We enjoyed the wine tasting so much that we instantly became club members. If you're in the area, it's a must visit!

I loved every varietial I tasted from the Chardonnay to the Pinot Noirs (several different Pinot Noirs - all amazing) to the rich and silky Syrah.

Fun little spot in West County to visit. I'd been meaning to visit Red Car Wine Co. for quite sometime, but only recently had the chance. With that said I walked away with the thought that it is clearly in the middle of the pack of the great wineries surrounding the area. This is not a negative observation of them, but the competition in West County in my opinion is fierce for Pinot, Chard, and Syrah. With that said, the winery itself is quite small as it shared a site with another winery next door. They do have limited seating outside, but ample inside for guests. Tasting fee is on par with many of the other wineries in the area, so kudo's for not going overboard there. Most come for the Pinot's and Rose, but oddly enough I found myself liking the lonely varietal the most on their list. I am a pinot guy through and through, but their Cab Sauv had me sold. The unique flavors that come through were like any other Cab I've had. I guess that can be attributed to their cool coastal growing AVA they plant in. Price point for the wines were about normal for the area, with some Pinot's ranging all the way up to mid $70 range. When it comes to customer service, it was honestly hit or miss, but to be fair they were packed that day, but I was not waiting around too long for anyone. All and all, a great stop and would happily recommend them to others.
