Food was good pub food, drinks are a bit pricey, atmosphere was fine except people can smoke in the outside dining area where people are eating, Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Don't often share on Facebook. Today a small group of friends and I choose to drink at the Red Cow, Penrith. We arrived at about 11.00am and spent the day drinking responsibly, playing pool and eating from their restaurant. At about 4.00pm, we went to order another round of drinks only to be told we had been locked out. I approached bar staff and asked if any of our party had behaved inappropriately. I was told no. I asked why we had been locked out. Told that the RSA rules said that we had been at the pub too long so couldn't be served further. Questioned why no reasonable answer. Not going back. Ever. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Best feature of the Red Cow Hotel is wheelchair access. The elevator to the 1st Floor outdoor verandah is brilliant.
