Nice breakfast place usually but disappointing today. Toast moldy and replaced with apologies after a little delay. I think that warrants something off the bill but that didn't happen. As a tea drinker I notice typically I have to ask for hot water refills where as the coffee drinkers do not. I like booth seating and they have it there.
