Im not a seafood kind of guy and I will say this, I actually enjoyed what normally my mouth doesnt agree with. So as far as sea food goes, there is top quality in the products, I do wish that they would come up with a new eye catching menu to reel in business as well as supplement the regular customers/revenue that comes in on more than an occasion. The atmosphere is pleasant, cleanliness is in the upper region, maybe a makeover perhaps? Staff is at the utmost impressive here, and will say this for all the Red Lobster's I have visited in the past. There must be a very well maintained management team that trains there staff relevantly the same per region, im guessing anyways. So they got my . Meal type: Dinner

Came in for dinner placed my order with the Server Elizabeth C. I ordered Crab Queso Dip, the endless shrimp with Marry me Shrimp, Garlic Shrimp Scampi, and the coconut shrimp my side was Hush puppies and a Papsi zero. I was pleased with the service in the beginning she explained to me that they were making fresh biscuits and as soon as they came out of the oven she would bring them to me. The biscuits were fresh and the crab queso dip was really good. When my order of the english shrimp came out , she dropped off my food and immediately went to greet the other two tables that came in. I noticed that I was missing my coconut shrimp. She never came back to check on me never refilled my drink I just became a ghost after that. I finished my food and sat there for 15 minutes before she came back and asked if I wanted more I told her no and explained what I was missing she told me that she would inform the manager. 5 minutes later she came back with my bill and said the manager took of my drink. I asked to speak with the manager and she came to my table I explained to her what had happen and she was very dismissive and told me she took off my drink and that it was comparable to the missing shrimp. I wasnt looking for a free meal . I feel dismissed and disappointed in the service and that a manager who is supposed to be concerned about the poor service of a customer would tell a paying customer they should be ok because I took off your drink.
